RETURNS & EXCHANGES – ONLINE
All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
1. Prepare the items that you want to return
Pack the items you want to return safely, if possible, in the same box in which you received your online order.

We recommend you to track and insure your package.
Before shipping your order to our warehouse, you must notify us in advance by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that for this method of return, Parfois will not accept consignments with charge to the recipient or cash on delivery.
The shipping charges will be at the customer’s expense.
3. The refund will be made after the reception of your return at our warehouse.
It will be processed using the same payment method of the purchase and within 3 to 14 working days, after we have received your return and analyzed the item(s) in our warehouse.
We kindly remind you that the shipping charges of this return method will be at the customer’s expense.
When you make an exchange or return, you must comply with the following conditions:
• All items must be in perfect conditions with the original labels; • The invoice must be enclosed in the package; • For hygienic reasons, swimwear must have the hygiene sticker as well as the original labels; • Exchanges and returns of reusable face masks are not accepted • Perfume returns will only be accepted if the original sealed package is kept.
If you decide to return your order to our warehouse, the period to receive the refund is 3 to 14 business days after the date of receipt of your order. We remind you that the refund will be made through the same payment method you used when placing your online order.
