Returns & Exchanges - Online
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. In Ireland,stores do not accept online returns. All returns should be made to our warehouse.
Otherwise, exchanges are allowed. Choose one of our stores that accepts exchanges, please check the eligible store list.

All exchanges should be made in the same country of purchase.
Bring the items you want to exchange.
In order to exchange an item, you must bring your invoice. In case you do not have the invoice, you can request a copy by sending an email to: email@example.com
1. Prepare your package.
Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible. Stick the return label provided in your order on your parcel. That will allow you to return it anywhere in any Pickup DPD point in Ireland.
2. Return your parcel.

3. The refund will be made after the reception of your return at our warehouse.
After confirming that all returned items are in good conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
When you make an exchange or return, you must comply with the following conditions:
• All items must be in perfect conditions with the original label; • The invoice must be enclosed in the package; • For hygienic reasons, swimwear must have the hygiene sticker as well as the original labels; • Exchanges and returns of reusable face masks are not accepted; • Exchanges or returns of personalized items (according to the consumer's specifications), will not be accepted. • Perfume returns will only be accepted if the original sealed package is kept.
If you decide to return your order to our warehouse, the period to receive the refund is 3 to 14 business days after the date of receipt of your order. We remind you that the refund will be made through the same payment method you used when placing your online order.
Please note that the shipping charges will be at the customer’s expense.
