Return Conditions

Without prejudice to the right of withdrawal recognized for consumers and users and mentioned in point 8 of the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the website and online purchase of products, returns are only accepted within 30 days from the purchase date, as provided in point 9 of the Terms and Conditions (titled "Exchanges and Returns") Items must be in their original condition and retain all tags. Returns are accepted only in the same market where the purchase was made. You can return purchases made on parfois.com as well as online purchases made directly at a Parfois store.

Return at a Parfois Store

You can return your items for free at any of our stores. Remember to present the items in the indicated conditions and the purchase receipt to return in-store. You can find your nearest Parfois store with our store locator.

Return with Home Pickup

All returns of online orders must be made within 30 days from the payment date, that is, from the date the order was placed.

1. Request the return of your order.

To request a home pickup, please provide the following details:

order number name email address floor, door or other - optional
phone pickup date reason for return

2. Return authorization and courier collection.

After submitting the request, you will receive an email with the confirmation and return instructions. The courier will contact you to arrange the pickup. To avoid any issues, ensure all items are packaged securely in their original packaging if possible.

All return costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
