If your purchase did not meet your expectations, we offer you the possibility to return it. We explain in detail the conditions and the different options you have to return your items.

Conditions for making a return

Without prejudice to the right of withdrawal granted to consumers and users and mentioned in point 8 of the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the website and the online purchase of products, Parfois accepts returns within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, as indicated in point 9 of the Terms and Conditions (section "Exchanges and Returns").

Items must be in their original state and retain all tags. Returns are only accepted in the same market where you made your purchase.

Courier return methods are available only for Mainland Spain, are free of charge, and must be managed from the "Orders" section in your personal area or, if you made the purchase as a guest, from here https://www.parfois.com/en/es/order-status/. If you do not see the return option, the period may have already expired or the item may be included in the exceptions mentioned above.

The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase, once the items arrive at our returns center and it is confirmed that they meet the conditions of our returns policy.

Return in a Parfois store

You can return your items free of charge in any of our stores. Remember that to make an in-store return you must present the items in the indicated conditions and the proof of purchase. You can check your nearest Parfois store in our store locator.

Return with home pickup

This return option is free of charge and is available only for online purchases in Mainland Spain.
To return items with home pickup, you must follow these steps:

  • If you made the purchase as a registered customer, access your account and, in the "Orders" section, select the order you want to return.
  • Within the order, click on "Create return".
  • To continue, select the item(s) and the reason for the return and choose the "Home pickup" option.
  • Indicate the full address, including street name, door number, floor, postal code, and city.
  • Once the process is finished, you will receive a confirmation email of your request.
  • If you made the purchase as a guest, you must follow the same process by clicking here https://www.parfois.com/en/es/order-status/. Once the process is finished, you will receive the confirmation by email.

It is not necessary to attach any label. The courier will bring the necessary return label to pick up your return.

Note: In case you made the payment in store, you will also be asked for your IBAN to refund the amount.

Return at a drop-off point

To return items at a drop-off point, you must first generate the return label and then deliver the package at your preferred point of the Correos Express network.


This return option is free of charge and is available only for online purchases in Mainland Spain.

To generate your label, follow these steps:

  • If you made the purchase as a registered customer, access your account and, in the "Orders" section, select the order you want to return.
  • Within the order, click on "Create return".
  • To continue, select the item(s) and the reason for the return, and choose the "Drop-off point" option.

 Note: In case you made the payment in store, you will also be asked for your IBAN to refund the amount.

  • If you made the purchase as a guest, you must follow the same process by clicking here https://www.parfois.com/en/es/order-status/. Once finished, the return label will be sent to your email. You must print it, attach it to the package, and deliver it to a Correos Express point.

Can I return items from different orders in the same shipment?

Yes, you can return items from different orders in the same shipment. For this, we only ask you to identify the order numbers (by placing a copy of the invoices inside the return package)
