Cancel an Order

An order can be canceled if its status is "Order Confirmed" or "Order in Process." Once the order has left our warehouses, it can no longer be canceled. However, you can return it (except personalized items) in accordance with the exchange and return policy available at parfois.com. If you wish to cancel your order, please use the form available here. Your request will be processed by our Customer Service team and confirmed by email.
