Modify an Order

In this section, we explain which changes you can make after placing your order.

I want to change the delivery details. What can I do?

If you have selected home delivery, you can change your address if the order status is "Order Confirmed" or "Order in Process." To do this, notify us of the new delivery address using the form available here. If you selected in-store pickup, you won’t be able to make any changes. It is not possible to change the selected delivery method.

I want to change the items in my order. How can I do this?

Once your purchase is complete, you cannot make any changes (remove, modify, or add items). However, you can return products (except personalized items) in accordance with the exchange and return policy available at parfois.com.
