Invoices

The invoice for an online order is available when the order is shipped.

If you are a registered customer:
You can obtain the invoice in your customer account, in the Orders section.
The invoice is also available in the shipping confirmation email.

If you made the purchase as a Guest:
You can download the invoice from the order shipping confirmation email.

If you cannot download the invoice or need a copy, you can contact us to request it.
