Returns via carrier will always be processed using the original payment method. However, if you wish to return or exchange with the gift voucher from an online purchase, you can go to one of our PARFOIS stores where:

  • You can be refunded with a gift card;
  • You can exchange it for another product you desire;

The Gift Card:

  • Can be used in any of our PARFOIS stores (except Outlet and El Corte Inglés).
  • Has no expiration date.
  • Is not convertible into cash.
