Gift Receipt

When finalizing your purchase, you have the option to add a gift receipt to your order. This option is available in the shopping cart. The gift receipt does not include item prices and allows for exchanges and returns at authorized Parfois stores. In case of a return, the refund is issued via a gift card.

Can I request a gift receipt for only some items in my order?

Yes. In your shopping cart, you can select the items for which you would like a gift receipt to be issued.

I forgot to select the gift receipt option. Can I add it?

If you did not select the gift receipt option at checkout, you can contact us to request one. If the order is still being prepared, it can be added to your order. If the order has already been shipped, we will send you the gift receipt in digital format.

I selected the gift receipt option but did not receive it. How can I request it?

You can contact us, and we will send the gift receipt in digital format.
