Payment Methods

Parfois.com offers the following payment methods, which are displayed when you make your purchase:


Payment is made at the time of purchase. Your personal data is protected by encrypted data transmission through a secure http (HTTPS://) with a Digicert digital certificate.

Credit card purchases may require verification from your bank due to the new European Regulation (PSD2).

  1. Check your mobile phone. You will receive a notification from your bank to authorize the payment.
  2. Authorize the payment following the instructions on your bank's website.
  3. Once the payment is authorized, return to our website to complete your purchase.

Currency

All orders are processed in the local currency of the purchase country. If your bank account is in a different currency, the exchange rate used to charge the amount in your account will be automatically determined by your bank/PayPal and not by Parfois.

How do I apply a discount code to my purchase?

If you have a discount code, you must apply it in the “Add promotional code” field in the shopping cart or during checkout. You can check if the discount code has been applied to the total order or product.

My code is not working. How can I fix it?

To ensure your code is valid, please confirm that:

  • It is used within the indicated period.
  • Uppercase, lowercase letters, and symbols are correct.
  • The conditions are met:
    1. Check that your code has a minimum purchase amount;
    2. It should only be used for the communicated product categories;
    3. The code is not combinable with other ongoing promotions;

I want to pay with a gift card or voucher. How can I use it?

If your gift card or voucher was issued in one of our physical PARFOIS stores, you will need to use it directly in-store. It is not possible to pay with a gift card/voucher on parfois.com.

I have been charged twice the purchase price. What can I do?

In some cases, a pre-authorization is made to ensure the amount is available for payment, followed by an actual charge of that amount. This amount will be automatically released. If this does not happen, we recommend you contact your bank.
