Refund for an online purchase

When you return an online purchase, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that after the return, the amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days, depending on your bank. If, after this period, you have not received the refund, you should contact your bank to help expedite the process. When will I receive the refund?

Once we have processed the return of your items, we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase. If the payment was made at the store counter, our customer service team will contact you to request your IBAN.

I canceled the card I used for the purchase. How will I receive the refund?

Refunds will always be made using the same payment method employed for the purchase. If the card used is no longer available, we recommend that you contact your bank.

How can I access the refund invoice?

The refund invoice is available in your personal area or will be sent by email. If you do not receive it, please contact us here to request a duplicate.
