RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - ONLINE

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the purchase date.

 

1. Go to a Parfois authorized store in Spain.

Choose one of our authorized stores that accept returns and exchanges, please check the eligible stores with the following information:

Online orders made in physical stores in Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands with payment at store:

If you wish to make a return you must go to one of our stores in Peninsular Spain or the Balearic Islands.

Online orders made in physical stores in the Canary Islands with payment at Store:

If you wish to make a return you must go to one of our stores located in the Canary Islands.

2. Bring the items you want to return or exchange.

In order to change or return an article, you must take the invoice of your purchase. In case you do not have the invoice of your online order, you can request a copy by sending an email to contact@parfois.com

3. The refund will be processed using the same payment method:

After the return registration, the refund request will be inserted, using the same payment method used in the order registration.

After receiving your order from Parfois.com, you have 30 days to request a free home return from the address you select.

To request this service, you must follow these steps:

1. Request the return of your order.

To request a home return, you must send us following details:

  • Full name
  • Order Number
  • Reference of the items you want to return
  • Complete Address
  • Telephone contact
  • Reasons for return

Send us your return request HERE, choosing the following options: Order Information >> Order Return >> Home Collection

Upon receiving this information, we will confirm your return request and send you an MRW courier to pick up your order.

2. Prepare the items that you want to return.

Pack the items you want to return safely if possible in the same box in which you received your online order.

3. The courier will pick up your order at in the address you provide.

After receiving your return in our warehouse, you will be refunded the amount of the returned items within a period of 3 to 14 business days through the same payment method you used when placing your order at Parfois.com
This service is available only for Spain (except for the Balearic and Canary Islands / Ceuta and Melilla).

When you make a change or return, you must comply with these conditions:

  • All items must be in perfect condition with the original labels and the purchase invoice;
  • For hygienic reasons, swimwear must have the hygiene sticker. If you want to return this type of item, it is mandatory to have the label and the hygiene sticker;
  • Exchanges and returns of reusable face masks are not accepted;
  • If you choose a different courier from the authorized by Parfois, we reserve the right not to reimburse the shipping or return costs. Parfois will not accept consignments with charge to the recipient or cash on delivery;
  • Exchanges or returns of personalized items (according to the consumer's specifications), will not be accepted.
  • Perfume returns will only be accepted if the original sealed package is kept.

If you decide to return your order to our warehouse or in a Parfois authorized store, the period to receive the refund is 3 to 14 business days after the date of receipt of your order. We remind you that the refund will be made through the same payment method you used when placing your online order.
