Returns & Exchanges - Online
Choose one of our stores that accepts returns and exchanges, please check the eligible store list . All returns should be made in the same country of purchase.
By mail - courier to parfois.com:
Only returns accepted, not exchanges. Please pack your items securely, including the invoice inside the box, and ship it to:

If your return is from Spain or Portugal (islands, Ceuta and Melilla not included) the return is free through MRW. Please request the return through our customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you choose a different courier or other postage method, the shipping charges will be at the customer’s expense.
For other countries, shipping charges are at the customer’s expense.
If you want to return from Spain or Portugal, we can send a courier to collect your return from the address you select. To request this service, please contact our customer service.
Drop off point:
You can contact our Online Customer Service Team all working days, from 9am to 6pm GMT. We will try to answer your questions as quickly as possible.
Only applies to Portugal. Please go to one of the CTT or Chronopost Stores to drop off your return.
All items must be in perfect condition, with the original tags and with the original purchase receipt; otherwise, Parfois reserves the right to refuse the return.
For stores that accept returns, the refund will be made in cash. Returns made through carrier – by post, the refund is made through the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 7–10 days, from the moment the package arrives to our warehouse and is examined.
Netherlands & Ireland:
The refund is always made with a voucher matching the amount of the item returned. You can use this voucher for future purchases in physical stores only.
