If your purchase did not meet your expectations, we offer the possibility of a return. We explain in detail the conditions and various options available for returning your items.

Conditions for Making a Return

Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase:
Items must be in their original condition and have all tags.
Returns are only accepted in the same market where the purchase was made.
You can return items from online purchases made at parfois.com as well as online purchases made directly at one of the Parfois stores.

Return at a Parfois Store

You can return your items free of charge at any of our stores.
Remember that to return items in-store, you must present the items in the specified condition along with the receipt.

Return at a Delivery Point

To return items via a drop-off point, you must first generate a return label and then drop off the package at your preferred location within the DPD Pickup network.
This return option is free of charge and available only for online purchases made in Mainland Portugal.
To generate your return label, please follow these steps:

  • If you made your purchase as a registered customer, log in to your account and go to the "Orders" section.
  • Select the order you wish to return and click on "Start a return".
  • Then select the item(s), the reason for return, and choose the "Drop-off point" option.

Note: If you paid via Multibanco reference or in-store, you will also be asked to provide your IBAN for the refund.

  • If you made your purchase as a guest, you can follow the same process by clicking here. Once the process is complete, the return label will be sent to your email. Please print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at a DPD Pickup point.

Please note that returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase, and items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached.

You can review the special return conditions here. If the return option does not appear for your order, it may mean that the return period has expired or that the item is included in the exceptions listed.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, once the items are received at our return center and verified to comply with our return policy.

The 30-day return period mentioned above does not affect the consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract within the legally applicable period. For more information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Can I return items from different orders in a single shipment?

Yes. You can return items from different orders in a single shipment. To do this, we only ask that you identify the order numbers (by placing copies of the invoices inside the return package).
