RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - ONLINE

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

1. Go to a Parfois authorized store in Portugal.

Choose one of our authorized stores that accepts returns and exchanges. Please check the eligible stores with the following information:

All returns should be made in the same country of purchase.

2. Bring the items you want to return or exchange.

In order to change or return an article, you must present the invoice of your purchase. If you do not have the invoice of your online order, you can request a copy by sending an email to contact@parfois.com

3. The refund will be processed using the same payment method:

After the return registration, the refund request will be inserted, using the same payment method used in the order registration. If your payment has been made by Multibanco or MBWay, on the following 48h you will receive a contact from our services asking you the IBAN, for reimbursement by bank transfer.

All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible.

2. Return your parcel

a) Via DPD PickUp Points

If the delivery has been made by DPD carrier, along with the order you will find a label, which will allow you to return it at any Pickup DPD network, which you must stick on your parcel.

Go to a Pickup DPD network point and deliver your order.



b) Via CTT Expresso PickUp Points

If the delivery has been made by CTT Expresso carrier, along with the order you will find a label, which will allow you to return it at any Pickup CTT Expresso network, which you must stick on your parcel.

Go to a Pickup CTT network point and deliver your order.

c) Free collection at home

If there is no label inside your order, we will schedule a free home collection. We will need the following data:

  • Full name
  • Order Number
  • Reference of the items you want to return
  • Complete Address
  • Telephone contact

  • Too Big
  • Too Small
  • Quality is not as expected
  • Photograph does not match
  • Wrong article
  • Order in different sizes
  • Wrong item
  • Late order
  • Others

 

Send us your collection request here, choosing the options: Order Information >> Order Return >> Home Colletion

Upon receiving this information, we will confirm your return request and send you an MRW courier to pick up your order.

This Return method is only available for Mainland Portugal

3. The refund will be made after the reception of your return at our warehouse.

It will be processed using the same payment method of the purchase and within 3 to 14 working days, after we have received your return and analyzed the items in our warehouse.

When you make a change or return, you must comply with these conditions:

  • All items must be in perfect condition with the original labels and the purchase invoice;
  • For hygienic reasons, swimwear must have the hygiene sticker. If you want to return this type of item, it is mandatory to have the label and the hygiene sticker;
  • Exchanges and returns of reusable face masks are not accepted;
  • If you choose a different courier from the authorized by Parfois, we reserve the right not to reimburse the shipping or return costs. Parfois will not accept consignments with charge to the recipient or cash on delivery;
  • Exchanges or returns of personalized items (according to the consumer's specifications), will not be accepted.
  • Perfume returns will only be accepted if the original sealed package is kept.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days, through the same payment method you used when placing your online order.
If the payment has been made by Multibanco our customer service team will contact you to register your IBAN for refund by bank transfer.
