If your purchase did not meet your expectations, we offer the possibility of a return. We explain in detail the conditions and various options available for returning your items.
Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase:
Items must be in their original condition and have all tags.
Returns are only accepted in the same market where the purchase was made.
You can return items from online purchases made at parfois.com as well as online purchases made directly at one of the Parfois stores.
You can return your items free of charge at any of our stores.
Remember that to return items in-store, you must present the items in the specified condition along with the receipt.

You can return items by depositing your package at a delivery point using the return label that is included with your order.
This return option is free of charge and is only available for online purchases of mainland Portugal.
Follow the instructions and deliver the return at the point of your choice from the transportation company indicated by us:

Securely package your items, preferably in the original packaging.

a) At one of the PickUp Points of the DPD Network
If the delivery was made by DPD, you will find a label with your order that allows you to return it at any DPD PickUp point, which you must attach to your package. Find the nearest PickUp point here:

b) At one of the PickUp Points of the CTT Expresso Network
If the delivery was made by CTT Expresso, you will also find a return label with your order that allows you to return it at any CTT PickUp point, which you must attach to your package. Find the nearest CTT PickUp point here:

You will need to fill in your District, Council, and Parish, and at the bottom of the page, under the option MAIL AND ORDERS, select EXPRESSO – SEND URGENT ORDERS.
Go to a CTT PickUp point and hand over your package.
Yes. You can return items from different orders in a single shipment. To do this, we only ask that you identify the order numbers (by placing copies of the invoices inside the return package).
