Orders & Availability

I completed the payment, but I haven’t received the order confirmation yet. What should I do?

During the Black Friday period, the high volume of orders may cause a slight delay in receiving the confirmation email. If your payment was completed, the order will be processed automatically — even if the email takes a few hours to arrive. We recommend:

  • Checking the Spam or Promotions folder;
  • Confirming that the amount was debited from your account;
  • Waiting up to 24 hours — the confirmation will be sent as soon as the payment syncs in our system.

If you still haven’t received the confirmation email after this period, please contact our customer support team, providing the order number (if available) or the email used during the purchase so we can confirm the order status.

Campaign period

The Black Friday campaign runs from 27/11/2025 to 30/11/2025 from 8 PM
Early access through the APP will be available from 26/11/2025 at 9 PM.

In Parfois physical stores, you will have access to Black Friday promotions from 27/11/2025 until 30/11/2025.

Are Black Friday products available only online?

No. Promotions are available both online and in Parfois stores, unless otherwise indicated.

Can I reserve an item before the campaign starts?

No, it is not possible to reserve items. Promotions apply only during the campaign period and are subject to stock availability.

The item I wanted is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

Items are subject to availability at the time of purchase. Due to high demand, some products may sell out quickly and restocking during the campaign is not guaranteed. We recommend adding your favourite items to the wishlist before the campaign starts and completing your purchase as early as possible to ensure availability.

Is the promotional price applied automatically in the cart?

Yes. During the campaign, the discounted price is displayed directly on the product and applied automatically in the cart.

Can promotions be combined with other discounts or codes?

No. Black Friday promotions cannot be combined with other campaigns, discounts, or promotional codes.

Prices

Do all prices already include the discount?

Yes. All prices shown during Black Friday already reflect the final promotional value.

In case of a return, how much will I receive?

You will receive the amount actually paid for the item — including the applied discount.

I placed an order before Black Friday. Can I receive the price difference?

No, it is not possible to adjust the price or refund the difference after the purchase. If the item is still available, you may return the original order within the communicated period and purchase it again at the current price. Returns follow the general terms outlined in the exchange and return policy.

The price shown at checkout is different from the one I saw on the product page. What should I do?

In rare situations, a temporary error may occur when updating prices during checkout, especially during periods of high traffic. We recommend:

  • Clearing your browser cache and cookies or updating the Parfois app;
  • Trying again a few minutes later;
  • If the issue persists, contacting customer support or requesting chat transfer to a human agent so the situation can be checked.

Parfois reserves the right to correct any pricing errors before completing the order processing.

Can promotions be combined with other discounts or codes?

No. Black Friday promotions cannot be combined with other campaigns, discounts, or promotional codes.

Shipping & Delivery

Are delivery times the same during Black Friday?

No. During the Black Friday period, delivery times may be adjusted due to the increased volume of orders. We advise checking the updated times in Shipping Costs & Delivery Times.

Can delays occur due to the high number of orders?

Yes. Although we make every effort to maintain our usual service level, slight delays may occur due to the high order volume during this period.

Can I choose store pickup or collection point delivery?

During Black Friday, some stores may be temporarily unavailable for order pickup. If so, this will be indicated in the store locator during checkout. We suggest selecting another store or a different delivery method.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is shipped by Parfois. You can also track the order status through your account at parfois.com. For guest purchases, you can check the status under “Order Status” or through the Virtual Assistant available in the Contact section.

Exchanges & Returns

Can I return items purchased during Black Friday?

Yes. The same return conditions apply to purchases made during Black Friday, as long as the items meet the usual requirements (unused, with tags, and within the return period).

Is the return period the same?

No. All purchases made from 17/11/2025 may be exchanged or returned until 31/12/2025, offering more flexibility during the promotional period.

What amount will I receive in case of a return?

The refund is always based on the amount paid at the time of purchase — the price with the Black Friday discount applied.

Can I exchange online purchases in-store?

Yes, at authorised Parfois stores. All exchange and return services remain active during the campaign following the usual policies. Returns of online purchases cannot be made in outlet stores.

If I make an exchange, do I keep the discount on the new item?

If the exchange is for the same item due to a quality issue or only for a size change, the discount will be maintained. However, if the exchange is for the same model in a different colour or for a different item, the discount will not be applied to the new item.

Payments & Security

I paid, but it shows as pending payment. What should I do?

If the payment was completed but appears as “pending”, there is no need to worry — the order will be processed normally once the payment is confirmed.

Payment deadline (Multibanco)

During the Black Friday period, the payment deadline for Multibanco references is 24 hours (shorter than usual).

Available payment methods

All usual payment methods remain available.
⚠️ Klarna is only available for purchases over €35.

Other Information

Are personalised items included in the campaign?

Yes. Personalised items are included in the Black Friday campaign. Since they are made to order, production and shipping times may be longer — up to an additional 8 working days — and they may be shipped separately from other items.

Is it possible to request gift wrapping during Black Friday?

Yes. Just select the item as a “Gift” in the shopping cart. The order will be sent with gift packaging and a price-free receipt, ideal for gifting. Only one gift wrap per order is available, not per item marked as Gift.

How can I make sure I don’t miss the best deals?

We recommend subscribing to the Parfois newsletter and enabling app notifications, with consent to receive push alerts. This way, you’ll be among the first to know when Black Friday promotions go live. Offers and discounts are valid only during the indicated period and while stocks last.
