On Parfois.com, we offer the following payment methods, displayed during checkout:

Payment is processed at the time of purchase, except for Multibanco, which allows 48 hours to complete the payment. Your personal data is protected with encrypted transmission through a secure HTTP (HTTPS://) connection with a Digicert Digital Certificate.

Card payments may require verification by your bank due to the new European Standard (PSD2).

Check your phone. You will receive a notification from your bank to authorize the payment.
Authorize the payment by following the instructions on your bank's page.
Once the payment is authorized, return to our page to complete your purchase.

Currency

All orders are processed in the local currency of the purchase country. Please note that if your bank account is in a different currency, the exchange rate applied to your account will be automatically determined by your bank/PayPal, not by Parfois.

How can I apply a discount code to my purchase?

If you have a discount code, enter it in the "Add Promo Code" field in the shopping cart or at checkout. You can verify the successful application of the discount code in the order total or on the product.

My code isn’t working. How can I fix it?

To ensure your code is valid, please confirm:

It is used within the indicated timeframe;
Uppercase, lowercase, and symbols are entered correctly;
Conditions are met:
1. Check if there is a minimum purchase required for your code;
2. It should only be used on the specified product categories;
3. The code cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions;

I want to pay with a gift card or voucher. How can I use it?

If your gift card or voucher was issued at one of our physical PARFOIS stores, it must be used directly in-store. Gift card/voucher payments are not accepted on parfois.com.

I was charged twice for my purchase. What should I do?

In some cases, a pre-authorization is made to ensure the amount is available for payment, followed by an actual debit of that same amount. This pre-authorized amount will be automatically released. If not, we recommend contacting your bank.
