We suggest checking the carrier’s website to see if your package has been placed at a pickup point. If there’s no update on the carrier’s website, please contact us so we can follow up on the status.
If your package is placed at a pickup point, you’ll receive a notification by SMS or email. Remember that if you don’t collect your package within the timeframe specified by the carrier, it will be returned to our returns center, and a refund will be processed.
Shipping costs, if paid, are non-refundable.
If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact us so we can check with the carrier.
The estimated delivery time will be communicated at checkout. You can track it via your account or here.
You’ll also receive email notifications as your order progresses.
It is not possible to change the shipping method.
However, if you selected home delivery, you can change the address if your order status is “Order Confirmed” or “Processing.” To do so, please provide the new delivery address through the form available here.
