The delivery time for personalized products might be extended up to business days extra and be sent in separated shipments. Shipping times may increase during peak season.

Exchanges and returns

Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and have all tags. Returns are only accepted in the same market where the purchase was made. You can return items from online purchases made at parfois.com as well as online purchases made directly at one of the Parfois stores.

In a Parfois store

You can exchange or return items at any authorized Parfois store.

At a drop-off point

To return items at a drop-off point, you must first generate the return label and then deliver the package at a DPD network location of your choice. This return option is free of charge and is only available for online purchases within mainland Portugal.

Special Return Conditions

• Swimwear must include the hygiene sticker. If you wish to return this type of item, it is essential to keep the label and protective sticker;
• Reusable masks cannot be returned or exchanged;
• Customized items made according to the consumer's specifications cannot be returned or exchanged. These orders cannot be canceled either.
• Returns of perfumes will only be accepted if the original sealed packaging is intact.
• Items sold as part of a pack cannot be returned separately;
• Accessories must be returned in their original packaging.
