Select the products you love by navigating the menu options (New In, Collection, Top Choices etc.) or by using the search tool. You can add any product directly to your shopping bag from any product grid, or if you want to check more details just click on the photo. After choosing your favourite colour and size and clicking "add to bag", you can either choose to continue shopping or initiate the checkout. To checkout you can either login/sign in, or continue as a guest. Choose a shipping option, select a payment method and confirm the order.

Online Available Countries

The countries listed below are available for online shopping:

Belgium, Estonia, France (Metropolitan France and Corsica), Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom (except The Isle of Man, Channel Islands and other Crown dependencies).

Wishlist:

If you are registered, you can always add your favourite items to your wishlist and buy them later. Please note that by doing this, you are not reserving your product, but instead saving it for future reference. All products are eligible for your Wishlist. To add one, use the heart icon next to the “add to bag” button on the product detail page.

Forgotten Password:

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the “Login” section. Introduce your email and you will then receive a message with your new password.

During the checkout process, you will be prompted to choose your preferred payment method before finishing your purchase. Payment methods may vary according to your shipping country.

Currency

All orders are placed in the official local currency of the country you are purchasing from. Please note that if your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be automatically determined by your bank/PayPal and not by Parfois.

Taxes & Duties

Due to different customs policies and import duties, it is not possible for Parfois to anticipate the exact amount of these fees or extra costs that may be applied upon the arrival of an order to the country of destination. If in doubt, you should contact your local customs office before placing your order, to obtain accurate information about the duties and taxes that may apply.

Order Tracking

You can always track your order through “My account” in the Orders section. If you are not registered, you can track the order through the link indicated in the email sent to you when the order is shipped.

Country of Shopping & Shipping

The delivery country must always match the country of purchase. Parfois reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this policy.

Cancel an Order

You may proceed to cancel your order if the status is “Order Confirmed” or “Processing Order”. Otherwise it will have to be treated as a return. Balearic and Canary Islands / Ceuta and Melilla

  • Store delivery: Free | 4-8 working days
  • Home delivery: 8 € | 4-7 working days | Free on orders above 50 EUR

If you choose store delivery, you have 30 days to collect your order at the store. Otherwise, your package will be automatically returned.

Product Availability

Our product replenishment is performed daily to guarantee continuous availability of our articles. If an article is no longer available, the most likely scenario is that it is permanently sold out. In these cases, the sold-out items will be removed from the website.

Faulty Items

Parfois.com only sells items in perfect condition. Under exceptional circumstances of receiving a faulty item, please contact our customer service.

Silver Articles

All of our articles, in 925 Silver, have the proper marks of contrast and responsibility. The buyer may, in case of doubt as to the authenticity of the trademarks, use, for verification purposes, the legal services, pursuant to Law 98/2015, of 18 August (RJOC). Note that some parts, due to the low weight of the precious metal, may be exempt from marking (contrast mark). The description of the composition of each article can be found next to the respective image. The weight referred to in the description of each piece refers only to the metal used in the composition of the piece. Personalised Items

The delivery time for personalized items according to the consumer's specifications is 7 working days. Shipping times may increase during peak season. Exchanges, returns or cancellation of orders for customizable items will not be accepted.

Perfumes are shipped in a sealed package, wrapped in protective paper. In case of exchanges or returns, the package must not be opened.
