Exchanges and returns

All purchases made between 12/11/2025 and 25/11/2025 may be exchanged or returned until 26/12/2025.

You have 30 days from the purchase date to return your order from parfois.com free of charge. Exchanges, returns, or cancellations for personalized items made to customer specifications are not accepted.
