All orders are processed in the local currency of the purchasing country. Please note that if your bank account is in a different currency, the exchange rate used to charge your account will be automatically determined by your bank or PayPal and not by Parfois.

How can I apply a discount code to my order?

If you have a discount code, please enter it in the "Add promotional code" field at the shopping cart or during the checkout process. You can confirm if the discount has been applied to the order total or to the specific item.

My discount code isn’t working. What should I do?

To ensure your code is valid, please check that:

  • It is being used within the indicated validity period;
  • It is entered with the correct case (uppercase/lowercase) and symbols;
  • The following conditions are met:
    1. The code meets the minimum purchase amount required;
    2. It is used only in the eligible product categories as communicated;
    3. The code cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions;

I was charged twice for my purchase. What should I do?

In some cases, a pre-authorization is made to ensure the amount is available, followed by the actual charge. This pre-authorized amount will be automatically released. If the amount is not released, we recommend contacting your bank for assistance.
