When returning an online purchase, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that after the return, the amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days after the date of receipt of your order, depending on your bank. If, after this period, you have not yet received the refund, you should contact your bank to help expedite the process. Returns of orders placed from 15/03/2024 onwards, will have the cost of 2.95€, which will be deducted from your refund.

The refund invoice is available in your personal area or sent by email. If you do not receive it, please contact us to receive a duplicate.
