Returns of online purchases are not accepted in PARFOIS physical stores.

Return conditions

Without prejudice to your legal rights as a consumer (please refer to our Terms and Conditions), returns are only accepted within 30 days from the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition and have all tags attached. Returns are only accepted in the same country or market where the purchase was made. Only purchases made on parfois.com can be returned online.

How do I request a return?

Return requests must be handled directly through our Customer Service team. If you return an item through any other method, we reserve the right not to refund the shipping or return costs. Can I return items from different orders in the same shipment?

Yes, you can return items from different orders in the same shipment. Please make sure to identify all the order numbers (by including a copy of the invoices inside the return package).
