The following general Terms & Conditions ("Terms & Conditions") (together with the Privacy and Cookie Policy) establish the conditions applicable to the use of this website www.parfois.com/es/mx (the "Website").

PARFOIS (www.parfois.com/es/mx) is a website operated by PARFOIS MEXRETAIL S. DE R.L. DE C.V. ("Parfois", or the "Company").

The Company invites you to carefully read the Terms & Conditions, as well as the Privacy and Cookie Policy, before using the Website. When you use the Website or place an order on the Website, you declare that you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Data Protection Policies. Any use of the Website and order placement is subject to the Terms & Conditions. Thus, by using the Website and its content, you accept the Terms & Conditions.

The Company is entitled to change the Terms & Conditions at any given time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically, as the terms in effect at the time of each Contract (as defined below) or, in the absence of one, at the time of website use will apply to you. The revised Terms & Conditions will be available on our Website. Any order will be subject to the version of the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of order placement.

If you have any questions regarding the Terms or Data Protection Policies, you can contact us (as defined below) through the contact channels described on this website. The Contract (as defined below) may be formalized, at your choice, in any of the languages in which the Terms are available on this website.

To place an order on the Website, you declare that you are at least 18 (eighteen) years old and legally eligible to enter contracts.

The sale of PARFOIS items through this website is carried out under the denomination PARFOIS by PARFOIS MEXRETAIL, S. DE R.L. DE C.V., a Mexican company with registered offices at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 295, 8th Floor, Cuauhtémoc, Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06500, Mexico City, registered under tax identification number. By registering on the Website, you must ensure that the mandatory information provided by you is correct and complete. We request that you inform Parfois of changes in your identification data, such as postal address, email address, and other contact details, by updating your personal information on the Website without undue delay.

The Website allows you to make a purchase through the "Buy as a Guest" feature, where it is not necessary for this purpose to register. Either way you should ensure that the mandatory information provided is correct and complete. Only personal data strictly necessary to execute your request are requested, which will only be used for this purpose.

By using this website, whether as a registered or non-registered user, you consent to the processing of your data and confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful. Any false or fraudulent orders are strictly prohibited, and Parfois reserves the right to cancel them and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

The feasibility of delivery is ensured by confirming that the information you have provided is correct and truthful. If any necessary information is missing, it will not be possible to complete the order.

To order one or more products available from the Website, you must follow the following procedures:

(a) Choose the product on the Parfois Website;

(b) Add the product to the "Basket";

(c) Then, click on "Purchase";

You may proceed with the Purchase, as a Guest ("Buy as Guest") or by creating an account ("New Customer") or, if you already have an account, by logging in with your email address and password, or by accessing via Facebook or Google.

(a) Buy as a Guest

If you choose to "Buy as a Guest", you will have to complete the checkout form so we can deliver the order, which should include the following information:

(i) First and last name;

(ii) Address;

(iii) Phone number;

(iv) Email address;

(v) Invoice address;

(vi) VAT number (optional)

(b) New Customer Registration

If you choose to register as a "New Customer", you will have to complete a form available here, which should include the following information:

(i) First and last name;

(ii) Date of birth (optional);

(iii) Email address;

(iv) Password.

Once you have filled out the form with all the above information, you must select the "Method of Delivery" of the product, in accordance with the provisions of Clause 6 below. You should then choose one of the "Payment Methods" available (see Clause 5 below). Finally, you should click on "Confirm Payment".

To "Confirm Payment", you must first accept the present Terms & Conditions.

Once the order is placed, Parfois will immediately send you an "Order Confirmation" email. The Order Confirmation email is an automated acknowledgment of your order, meaning we have received it. The email will include details such as the order number, order date, delivery method, payment method, delivery and billing addresses, product price, shipping cost, product identification, and its basic characteristics.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content on it. Although we will make every effort to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to reject the processing of an order after the Order Confirmation has been sent, and we reserve the right to do so at any time.

All orders are subject to our acceptance, which you will be notified of via email confirming that the product is being shipped (the "Shipping Confirmation"). The contract for the purchase of a product between you and us (the "Contract") will only be formalized when we send you the Shipping Confirmation. Only those products listed in the Shipping Confirmation will form part of the Contract. We will not be obliged to supply any other products that may have been ordered until we confirm their shipment in a Shipping Confirmation.

Always make sure to review your purchase before clicking "Confirm Payment". Before clicking on "Confirm Payment" you have the possibility to edit any information you entered, such as the shipping or invoice address, payment information, or to add, change or remove products in the "Basket".

You can always access your purchase history, which contains information on number, date and order status, product identification and its basic characteristics, respective price and shipping costs, payment method used, selected delivery method and invoice address on the Parfois Website under "My Account".

If you made a purchase using the "Buy as a Guest" feature, you can track your order on our Website through the "Track my order" page. Simply enter your order number and the email used during the purchase to obtain information about your order.

The purchase invoice will be sent to your email address after the order is shipped.

All product orders are subject to availability. In this regard, if there are any supply difficulties due to force majeure or, in exceptional cases, if a product is out of stock, Parfois will inform you of the unavailability and reserves the right to provide you with information about substitute products of equal or higher quality and value that you may order. If you do not wish to place a new order for the substitute products, Parfois will refund any amount you may have paid without undue delay.

In accordance with the Value Added Tax Law, the sale of goods in Mexico is considered a taxable activity for the purposes of this tax. A sale is considered to take place in Mexico when the goods are located in the country at the time they are shipped to the purchaser, or when the goods are physically delivered in the country by the seller directly to the purchaser, without the need for shipping.

Considering the above, orders placed will be subject to the general VAT rate, which is currently 16%.

The prices for the products you order are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed, including VAT at the legal rate applicable in the country where the order is being delivered.

The prices for the products do not include delivery and shipping cost. If such delivery and shipping costs apply, these will be clearly stated in the ordering process before concluding the final order. The delivery and shipping cost will thus be added to the total order value.

Prices are shown in the currency of the selected country based on the geographical location of your IP address. However, you may change your location at any time by entering a different country's address directly into your browser.

Please note that when you change the country, the prices and shipping costs may vary, and the prices of the newly selected country will apply.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the chosen shipping method, and you will always be informed about the total price of your order before completing it. This will include the product price, all taxes, and any additional shipping costs or other fees that may apply.

Parfois reserves the right to modify product prices and shipping costs at any time without affecting orders that have already been confirmed ("Order Confirmation"), except in the case of a clear pricing error. While we make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on the website are accurate, mistakes can happen. If we find an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be canceled, and any payments made will be fully refunded.

While we strive to ensure all prices listed are accurate, exceptionally and under limited circumstances, we may not be able to honor a price if it was published in error. In such cases, and only when the discrepancy is significant and cannot reasonably reflect the actual value of the product, we reserve the right to cancel the order prior to dispatch. We appreciate your understanding.

Promotional codes, such as discount coupons, can be used to apply discounts to specific products, an entire order, or for free shipping. Promotional codes apply only to purchases made on the Parfois Website and are valid only in the country where the purchase is made. Promotional codes can be used in accordance with their respective terms and conditions, including validity periods. To use a promotional code, ensure you enter it at the appropriate field during checkout. If you forget to apply the code, you cannot use it for that order, though it may be used in a subsequent order, as long as it complies with the terms of the code.

All promotions are subject to availability and applicable terms and conditions. Clear information on validity periods, stock limitations, and pricing will be disclosed at the time the promotion is offered.

Payments can be made through Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Paypal, Klarna, Google Pay and Apple Pay (via IOS app).

All orders are processed in the local currency of the respective country of purchase. In the event that your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate used for debiting your account will be automatically determined by the Bank/ Paypal and not by Parfois.

You expressly authorize us to issue your invoice electronically.

(a) Visa, Mastercard, Maestro Cards

In order to reduce the risks of unauthorized access, your credit card data will be encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol and verified by Digicert, as best explained in the Privacy Policy.

If payment is made using a credit card, a pre-authorization will be made to ensure that you have sufficient funds to complete the transaction.

After selecting the credit payment option, you must enter the necessary data of your credit card, namely the cardholder's name, the type of credit card, the number, validity and security code of the card and then click "Confirm Payment". In case the payment is not authorized, no charge will be made.

When you click to "Confirm Payment", you are confirming that you are authorized to use the payment method in question, i.e. that the credit card is yours.

(b) PayPal

In case the payment is made via PayPal the debit will be made after clicking on "Confirm Payment". You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal during the ordering process. To make the payment, you must register with PayPal, login into the PayPal platform and provide the authorization in order to proceed with the payment. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process. In case the payment is not authorized, no charge will be made.

When you click to "Confirm Payment", you are confirming that you are authorized to use the payment method in question, i.e. that you are the authorized user of PayPal.

All products are available for delivery within Mexico, except in areas or regions where access difficulties, communication issues, or similar considerations prevent availability. Deliveries will not be made to P.O. Box addresses. Orders will be delivered to the address specified at the time of purchase.

Orders will only be dispatched after confirming stock availability and payment confirmation. They will be shipped by Parfois' partner companies, which will handle delivery through their respective offices closest to your geographical location.

When placing an order, you will be asked to select your preferred shipping method. The total amount payable will always clearly indicate the applicable shipping costs.

Parfois will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery of your order within the estimated timeframe indicated when selecting the shipping method and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of the Order Confirmation. Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak seasons.

Orders will only be shipped and delivered on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and local/national holidays. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, "delivery" will be considered complete when you or a third party designated by you takes physical possession of the goods, as evidenced by the signing of the receipt at the agreed delivery address. From the moment of delivery (as clarified above, when delivery is deemed to have occurred), ownership and, therefore, the risks of the products will be your responsibility.

The products available on the website can only be delivered to addresses within Mexico. If you wish to place an order from another country, you are welcome to do so via the website or app. However, delivery can only be made to an address within Mexico.

If we are unable to deliver your order, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will also inform you that we attempted delivery, but there was no one at the agreed delivery address to receive it, and that we will make a second delivery attempt. If, 15 (fifteen) business days after the date your order becomes available for delivery, the order remains undelivered for reasons beyond our control, we will assume that you wish to cancel the contract, and it will be considered terminated.

As a result of the Contract termination, we will refund the price paid for the products as soon as possible, and in any case, within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date we consider the Contract terminated, according to this clause. Please note that the transportation costs related to the Contract termination may incur an additional fee, and we will be authorized to charge you these costs accordingly.

Under the terms of the Contract, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract within a maximum period of within 30 (thirty) days from the day in which Parfois delivered the product to you directly or to a third party indicated by you without the need to justify the withdrawal, under the terms and procedure contained in this clause.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Parfois of your intention via our website or through the contact form on our webpage/app, indicating your decision to withdraw from this Contract. Once your request is received, Parfois will arrange the collection of the goods via a courier service, without undue delay. The return must be completed before the expiration of the withdrawal period specified in the previous clause.

If you choose to submit the declaration electronically through the Website, Parfois will send you, without delay and via an electronic medium (e.g., email), confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal request.

You will not have the right to withdraw from the Contract for the supply of any of the following products:

(a) Personalized items -- Products that are customized to the customer's specifications.

(b) Sealed goods for hygiene reasons -- Items that were sealed for hygiene purposes and have been unsealed after delivery.

(c) Hosiery -- Including tights, stockings, and similar legwear.

(d) Underwear -- Any items of undergarments.

(e) Swimwear -- Products such as swimsuits that lack the hygiene sticker.

(f) Hair products -- Including hair care products that cannot be returned once opened.

(g) Perfumes -- Fragrances, once opened, are non-returnable.

(h) Accessories -- Items that are missing their original packaging or wrapping.

(i) Any item missing its original packaging or wrapping -- If the product is returned without its original packaging or wrapping.

(j) Modified, used, or damaged items -- Any product that has been altered, used, or damaged due to reasons attributable to the customer.

(k) Items purchased in other countries -- Products bought from locations outside the specified sales area.

Your right to withdraw from the purchase will apply exclusively to those items that are returned in the same condition in which you received them. No refund will be issued if the item has been used beyond mere opening, if the item is not in the same condition in which it was delivered, or if it has been damaged. Therefore, you should take care of the item(s) while in your possession. Please return the item with all its original packaging, instructions, and other accompanying documents, if any.

In any case, you must return the product along with the electronic communication you received ("Shipping Confirmation").

When applicable, we will inform you in advance if personalized items are exclusively designed and manufactured for your purchase. The right of withdrawal does thus not apply for such items, which are made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, in accordance with Article 93 of the Federal Consumer Protection Law.

If you exercise your right to withdraw, Parfois shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees because of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or you have supplied satisfactory evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest. Only after we receive and validate the conformity of the goods in accordance with the information provided above will the reimbursement be processed.

You shall send back the products without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the products before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the products. You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

For the returns procedure, please refer to our Help Center, which is constantly updated with the latest information on return procedures via the carrier.

9.1. Returns in Parfois Stores

Returns can be made at the Parfois stores duly identified on the website, if available at the time of the return. Product returns must be made in person and be made without any delay and within 30 (thirty) days from the day on which Parfois delivered the product to you directly or to a third party indicated by you.

You must bring the product along with the electronic invoice you received by email, which can also be found in your account or in the Parfois mobile app. This option will not incur any additional cost for you.

The acceptance of the return is subject to the same terms outlined in Clause 7 of these terms and conditions.

9.2. Exchanges in Parfois Stores

You can only exchange a product with the same reference number in person at Parfois stores duly identified on the Website for making exchanges (if available at the moment). Product exchanges must be made without undue delay and within 30 (thirty) days from the day on which Parfois delivered the product to you directly or to a third party indicated by you.

The acceptance of the item you want to exchange is subject to the same terms outlined in Clause 7 of these terms and conditions.

9.3. Right of Withdrawal Due to Defects or Hidden Flaws

In addition to the right of withdrawal granted in Clause 9.1 above, Parfois grants consumers the right to withdraw from the Contract for defects or hidden flaws, under the terms and procedures outlined in this Clause 9.3.

This right reflects our commitment to accept the return or exchange of products within 180 (one hundred and eighty) calendar days from the date the consumer or a third party at the agreed delivery address (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods. If the goods that make up your order are delivered separately, the 180-day period will begin from the date the consumer or a third party at the agreed delivery address (other than the carrier) takes possession of the last of those goods. This only applies provided the goods have defects or hidden flaws that make them unsuitable for their usual intended use, diminish their quality or usability, or fail to provide the safety that would normally be expected based on their nature and reasonable use.

Your right to withdraw from the Contract will only apply to products returned in the same condition in which you received them, except for the defect or hidden flaw. Please return the product with all its original packaging, instructions, and any other accompanying documents. In any case, you must return the product along with the electronic receipt you received attached to the Shipping Confirmation, which can also be found in your account on the website and the Parfois mobile app.

If, after examining the product, Parfois verifies that there is a defect or lack of conformity in the purchased product, you are entitled to a full refund. If you choose to terminate the Contract due to a defect and return the defective product, you will be refunded the amount paid for the goods and the delivery costs. If you have sent the package, return costs will also be refunded. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used in the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly requested by you.

Parfois will not be responsible for malfunctions caused by improper use, failure to follow instructions, or unauthorized repairs.

9.4. Watch Return Exceptions -- Defects or Hidden Flaws:

Parfois will not accept returns of watches based on complaints about:

(a) Battery life.

(b) Damage caused by water when the watch is not resistant to it or when used beyond its intended depth.

(c) Cracking and aging due to use (e.g., scratched glass, change in color and/or material of the strap and chain, aging/peeling of the coating).

(d) Any damage to the watch caused by abnormal, abusive, careless, and/or negligent use or accidents (e.g., broken glass, dents, blows, crushing).

(e) Misuse and/or disregard the instructions provided by Parfois.

(f) Tampering with the watch by unauthorized people (e.g., battery replacement, servicing, or repair).

(g) Any changes to its original condition beyond Parfois' control.

Unless stated otherwise in these Terms and Conditions, Parfois' liability for any products purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item in question. However, our liability is not limited or excluded in cases where it would be illegal to do so.

Parfois will not be held liable, to the fullest extent under law, for any damages or losses suffered by a purchaser of a Parfois product, except for fraud (dolo) or bad faith (mala fe), for any reason, including but not limited to, any of the following:

(a) Loss of revenue or sales;

(b) Loss of business;

(c) Loss of profit or contracts;

(d) Loss of expected savings;

(e) Loss of data;

(f) Loss of time spent on management or office hours.

In addition to the foregoing, the purchaser expressly acknowledges and accepts that due to the open nature of this website and potential errors in the storage or transmission of digital information, Parfois does not guarantee the complete accuracy or security of the information transmitted through the website, unless otherwise stated or required under law. All product descriptions and materials provided on the website are offered "as is," without any express or implied warranties, except those required by law.

Notwithstanding the above, in any event, the aggregate liability of Parfois for any reason whatsoever related to this Contract or the purchase of a product (other than Parfois' fraud or willful misconduct) in both cases shall not exceed the total amount paid by the purchaser for the product.

For consumers, we are legally required to provide products that conform to the Contract. Products are considered conforming when they:

(a) Match the description provided and possess the qualities displayed on our website;

(b) Are fit for the typical uses of similar products;

(c) Meet the usual standards of quality and performance that can reasonably be expected.

Where permitted by law, all warranties are excluded except those that cannot be excluded by consumer rights legislation.

Regarding our products, many of the items sold by Parfois, particularly those made from natural materials, may display unique characteristics such as variations in grain, texture, knots, and color. These variations are not defects or faults. Rather, they are inherent features of the materials used, which contribute to the individual appearance of each product. These should be expected as part of the natural uniqueness of the item.

In addition, personalized products are specially designed and manufactured according to your order. Due to the nature of these items and the digital software used to create the preview, slight variations in color, size, and texture may occur when compared to what is displayed on your screen.

The sale of 925 silver products on the Website is carried out in compliance with Portuguese Law No. 98/2015 of 18 August, which approves the Legal Regime for Jewelry Making and Hallmarking Laboratories, under the terms recently amended by Decree-Law 120/2017 of 15 September. All the 925 silver products available on the Website bear the corresponding hallmarks and responsibility marks. Notwithstanding that, based on the low weight of a metal, certain pieces of jewelry may bear no marks (hallmarks).

You can check the type of precious metal used, the corresponding hallmarks, the weight of the metal and the type of gemological metals used after opening the image of the product you wish to purchase, in the "Product details" section.

The weight being referred to in the description of each piece relates to the weight of the metal used solely in the composition of the piece. Some pieces may also show variations in weight. In case of doubts regarding the authenticity of the marks, the buyer may draw on the services offered by hallmarking laboratories for verification purposes.

All intellectual property rights related to the Website, including copyrights and trademarks on its texts, images, layouts, source code, trademarks, and logos, are owned and/or controlled by Parfois. Any use of the Website’s content, including but not limited to copying, scanning, translating, or reproducing, requires prior written consent from Parfois and must always comply with applicable copyright and trademark laws. However, this does not prevent you from using the Website to copy information related to your order or Contract data as necessary.

The Contract is binding for both you and Parfois, as well as for our respective successors, assignees, and legal beneficiaries. You may not transfer, assign, encumber, or otherwise dispose of the Contract or any of the rights or obligations derived from it without prior written consent from Parfois. However, Parfois may transfer, assign, encumber, subcontract, or otherwise dispose of the Contract or any of its rights or obligations at any time during its validity. Such transfers shall not affect the legal rights granted to you as a consumer, nor shall they annul, reduce, or limit any warranties, whether express or implied, that Parfois may have provided.

You must not misuse this website by intentionally introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or any other harmful or technologically damaging software or materials. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this website, the server on which it is hosted, or any server, computer, or database connected to our website. You agree not to attack this website through a denial-of-service attack, a distributed denial-of-service attack, or any other cyber-attacks.

Failure to comply with this clause may result in violations under applicable laws. We will report any such breaches to the relevant authorities and cooperate with them to identify the attacker.

Additionally, any violation of this clause will immediately revoke your authorization to use this website.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from a denial-of-service attack, virus, or any other harmful or damaging software that may affect your computer, equipment, data, or materials as a result of using this website or downloading content from it, or from any content that it links to.

For the purposes of the Contract, you agree to the use of electronic communication, acknowledging that all contracts, notices, information, and other communications sent electronically fulfill the legal requirement of being delivered on a durable medium. This provision will not affect any rights granted to you by law.

In accordance with the provisions above, and unless otherwise specified, we may send communications to the email address or postal address you provided when placing your order. Notifications will be considered received and properly made:

(a) as soon as they are posted on our website,

(b) 24 (twenty-four) hours after sending an email, or

(c) 3 (three) business days after the posting date of any letter.

To prove that the notification was made, it will be sufficient to show that, in the case of a letter, the address was correct, it was properly sealed and was duly delivered to the postal service or mailbox. In the case of an email, the proof will be confirmation that it was sent to the email address provided by the consumer.

You can cancel your account with Parfois at any time, by deleting it using the app or Website. In any case, enter the app/webpage and, after identifying yourself, select the "account" option, then select "my account" and click "delete your account." If that is your intention, answer the question "are you sure you want to delete your account?" By clicking "yes, thank you. I want to delete it." You will then receive an email to confirm the removal of your account.

Deleting your account does not result in the immediate erasure of all your personal data. Parfois will retain only the information that is legally required, primarily your name, order history, and transaction records, for the duration according to the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Once this retention period has expired, your data will be permanently deleted.

Deleting the account prevents access to all its features and benefits but does not imply or affect the cancellation of our newsletter or of any type of marketing and advertising communications by prior consent. To stop receiving our newsletter or other marketing and advertising communications, please select the contact removal option (unsubscribe) provided in the communication sent (newsletter / other communications).

Notwithstanding any provision hereunder, Parfois will make every reasonable effort to fulfil its obligations. However, it cannot be held liable for non-compliance or delay in complying with any of its obligations, which are due to events that are beyond its control ("Force Majeure").

By Force Majeure motives it is understood any unforeseeable and / or irresistible facts, act, event, happening, fault, omission or accident or any other outside the will and beyond our control, including, but not limited to, the following:

(a) General strike, or other forms of protest;

(b) State of siege or emergency, disturbance of public order, revolt, invasion, terrorist attack or terrorist threat, war (declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;

(c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, landslide, epidemics, pandemics or any other natural disaster;

(d) The impossibility of using trains, boats, aircraft, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private;

(e) Impossibility to use public or private telecommunications systems;

(f) Decisions, decrees, laws, regulations or other normative instruments or decisions of any government or public authority.

Parfois' obligations derived from the Contracts shall be deemed to be suspended during the period in which the Force Majeure occurs, thereby benefiting Parfois from an extension of the time limit for fulfilling those obligations, for a period equal to the duration of the Force Majeure period.

Parfois will use all reasonable means to terminate the Force Majeure motives or to find a solution that will enable it to comply with its obligations under the Contract, despite Force Majeure motives.
