We recommend checking the carrier’s website to see if your package has been delivered to a pickup point. If there is no update on the carrier’s website, please contact us to check the delivery status.

If your package is delivered to a pickup point, you will receive a notification via SMS or email. Please note that if you do not collect your order within the timeframe specified by the carrier, it will be returned to our returns center and a refund will be processed.

Shipping costs paid will not be refunded.

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us so we can check the status with the carrier.

The estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout. You can track your order through your account or via this link.
If your order has already been shipped and you need the tracking link, we recommend contacting us so we can provide it. You will also receive email notifications as your order is prepared.

It is not possible to change the shipping method.
However, if you chose home delivery, you can change the shipping address if your order status is “Order confirmed” or “Order in progress.” To do so, please let us know the new address using the form available here.

Due to different customs policies and import duties, Parfois cannot anticipate the exact amount of taxes or additional fees that may be applied once the package reaches the destination country. If in doubt, please contact local services in the destination country before placing your order to get detailed information about applicable duties and taxes.
