Return Options

Free returns in Parfois store

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the purchase date.

1. Go to a Parfois authorized store in France.

All online returns and exchanges can be made in the Parfois authorized stores identified as follows:

All returns or exchanges should be made in the same country of purchase.

2. Bring the items you want to return or exchange.

In order to exchange or return an item, you must bring your invoice.
In case you do not have the invoice, you can request a copy by sending an email to contact@parfois.com

3. Refund is made in cash.

Once you return the item in a Parfois authorized store in France, the refund will be made in cash in the same moment.

 

Free returns at a Chronopost PickUp Point

 

1. Prepare your package.

Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible, and enclose the invoice.
If you do not have the invoice, you can request a copy by sending an email to contact@parfois.com
Stick the return label provided in your order on your parcel. That will allow you to return it anywhere in any Pickup Chronopost point in France.

2. Return your parcel.

Take your parcel to the Pickup Chronopost point of your choice.

3. The refund will be made after the reception of your return at our warehouse.

After confirming that all returned items are in good conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

 

Return conditions

 

When you make an exchange or return, you must comply with the following conditions:

• All items must be in perfect conditions with the original labels;
• The invoice must be enclosed in the package;
• For hygienic reasons, swimwear must have the hygiene sticker as well as the original labels;
• Les échanges et retours de masques réutilisables ne sont pas acceptés;
• Parfois will not be responsible for any returns made with a different method to those offered by Parfois. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs, as well as safe arrival of the parcel.

Refunds

 

Returns in our Parfois authorized stores are refunded in cash in the same moment.
Returns using our Pickup Chronopost network in France will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days after receiving your parcel in our warehouse, through the same payment method used when placing the order.
