The delivery time for personalized products might be extended up to 5 business days extra and be sent in separated shipments. Shipping times may increase during peak season.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Exchanges, returns or cancellation of orders for customized items which correspond to the consumer's specifications will not be accepted.
Returns of orders placed from 01/06/2024 onwards, will have the cost of 2.95 £, which will be deducted from your refund.
