The delivery time for personalized products might be extended up to business days extra and be sent in separated shipments. Shipping times may increase during peak season.

At the time of purchase, we will indicate the available delivery methods, price and delivery date for the order.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order on parfois.com for free. Returns, exchanges and/or cancellation of orders of personalized items according to the consumer's specification will not be accepted.

At a Parfois store

You can exchange or return the items at any Parfois authorized store.
