  • How do I buy at Parfois Online?

    Shopping at Parfois is very simple. After registering as a customer, just click on the items to view their descriptions, select the desired color and size and add to cart. Finally click the "Process Order" button and follow the steps.

  • Can I buy online from anywhere in the world?

    Currently our online store is available in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (Peninsula only), Estonia, Finland, Croatia, France (Metropolitan France and Corsica), Greece, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom (except Channel Islands), Sweden, Lithuania, Hungary, Latvia, Czech Republic, Kosovo, Andorra, Monaco and Romania.

  • Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?

    No. The delivery country must always match the country of purchase .
    Parfois reserves the right to cancel any order that do not comply with this policy.

  • Do I have to pay Custom Fees and Import Taxes?

    Due to different customs policies and import duties, Parfois has no control over possible costs that may be applied upon arrival of an order to the country of destination, not being possible to predict the exact amount of these fees. If in doubt you should contact your local customs office before placing your order to obtain information about the customs duties and their applicability.

  • How can I pay my order?

    Parfois offers the following payment methods: ATM (Portuguese Cards), Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron) and PayPal.

  • Is it safe to shop at Parfois Online?

    Yes, Parfois website takes a commitment of responsibility to their visitors, protecting your personal information based on the encryption of data transmission through a secure HTTP with Digital Certificate Digicert.

  • In which currency do I make the payment?

    All orders are placed in Euro (€), with payment being processed in this currency. Please note that if your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be automatically determined by your bank/PayPal and not by Parfois.

  • I saw an item in one of your stores. Can I buy it online?

    The stock available at Parfois is usually the stock available in store, although in different amounts, so please visit our online store often to check the article in which you're interested.

  • Some items or sizes are no longer available online. Is there a possibility of being available again?

    If the item/size you are interested in is not already displayed online, the more likely it is to have suffered a rupture of stock. However product replacements are performed daily therefore there is the possibility of the item returning back in the future.

  • Is it possible to reserve an item and buy it later?

    Currently we do not have item reservation service available. However, you can add your favorite products to your Wishlist to buy them later. Please note that by doing this you are not reserving any product but saving it for future reference.

  • How do I exchange an item I bought in the online store?

    You have 30 days after your purchase to exchange an item in one of the authorized stores available in Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Poland*, Italy* and Ireland. To make a request to exchange an order online, you must:

    •  Log into your account;
    • Go to the section "Orders Placed";
    • Click on "Products - Order detail";
    • Click on "Return Items";
    • Select the return method "Home Collection" (free service available only in Portugal and Spain) / Return by Post;
    • Finally, select the products and click on "Return".

     
    After this procedure you should print the respective proof of exchange and go to the selected store to exchange for another item you want. Items must be in perfect condition with the original tags and delivered with the original purchase receipt.

     

    * In Poland are only allowed exchanges in store for a product exactly the same as received (in case of non-compliance or defect).

    * In Italy, for costume jewelry, party items and hair the maximum is 7 days to exchange.

  • How do I return an item I bought in the online store?

    You have 30 days after your purchase to return an item in one of the authorized stores available in Portugal*, Spain*, France, Germany, Poland, Italy and Ireland. You can also request a home collection (free service only available in Portugal and Spain) or send the item by Normal Post (applicable to all other countries). To make a request to return an order online, you must:

    • Log into your account;
    • Go to the section "Orders Placed";
    • Click on "Products - Order detail";
    • Click on "Return Items";
    • Select the return method "Home Collection" (free service available only in Portugal and Spain) / Return by Post;
    • Finally, select the products and click on "Return".

     


    After this procedure you should print the respective proof of return. Your refund will be processed in the following days by the same payment method used. Items must be in perfect condition with the original tags and delivered with the original purchase receipt.


    * In Portugal and Spain you can exchange or return any item purchased online, except for Hair Accessories, Jewelry, Clutches and Sunglasses, from which are only accepted exchanges at one of our authorized stores (for the same item or another) and not returns. Parfois reserves the right to not refund any returned articles that do not meet these requirements. This applies to both returns in store and returns to our main warehouse.

  • Do I have to pay to return my items?

    Returns in authorized stores are always free of charge. If you choose a different courier or other postage method and return it to our main warehouse, the shipping charges will be at the customer's expense.

  • When and how will I receive my refund?

    In case you decide to return the items at one of our authorized stores, the refund shall be made in cash at the precise time of return. If the return is made through Carrier or Post Office, the refund will be processed after receiving the items returned and their evaluation by the Quality Department in the same payment method used when purchased.

  • When will I receive my order?

    Your order will be delivered within 5-7 working days if you choose delivery at a authorized Store. To addresses in Portugal and Spain, the delivery is carried out within 3-4 working days.

    For Azores and Madeira, between 3-4 working days and the remaining countries within 7 working days.
