Due to the specific characteristics of some of our items, the following conditions must be met for them to be returned or exchanged:

• Swimwear must include the hygiene sticker. If you wish to return this type of item, it is essential to keep the label and protective sticker;
• Reusable masks cannot be returned or exchanged;
• Customized items made according to the consumer's specifications cannot be returned or exchanged. These orders cannot be canceled either.
• Perfume returns will only be accepted if the original sealed packaging is intact.
• Items sold as part of a pack cannot be returned separately;
• Accessories must be returned in their original packaging.

If you choose to return your order by any other means not previously mentioned, we reserve the right not to reimburse the shipping or return costs. We also do not accept postage due deliveries.
