If your purchase did not meet your expectations, we offer the possibility of a return. We explain in detail the conditions and various options available for returning your items.
Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase:
Items must be in their original condition and have all tags.
Returns are only accepted in the same market where the purchase was made.
You can return items from online purchases made at parfois.com as well as online purchases made directly at one of the Parfois stores.
You can return your items free of charge at any of our stores.
Remember that to return items in-store, you must present the items in the specified condition along with the receipt.

You can return items using the return label provided with your order by dropping off the package at a collection point.
This return option is
free of charge and available only for online purchases.
Follow the instructions below and drop off the return package at the indicated courier collection point:

Securely pack your items, preferably in the original packaging.

Drop off the package at one of Poste Italiane's collection points.
If delivery was made through Poste Italiane, you will find a label in your package that allows you to return your order to any Poste Italiane collection point. Attach it to the package before returning it. Find the nearest collection point here: https://www.poste.it/cerca/index.html#/

Yes. You can return items from different orders in a single shipment. To do this, we only ask that you identify the order numbers (by placing copies of the invoices inside the return package).
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

All returns should be made in the same country of purchase.
In order to change or return an article, you must present the invoice of your purchase. If you do not have the invoice of your online order, you can request a copy by sending an email to contact@parfois.com.
After the return registration, the refund request will be inserted, using the same payment method used in the order registration.
In Italy, online returns could be shipped to our warehouse in Portugal within 30 days of the purchase date.
Along with the order you will find a label, which will allow you to return it at any Poste Italiane network, which you must stick on your parcel.

Go to a Pickup Poste Italiane network point and deliver your order.
You will receive the refund of the item(s) returned within approximately 3–14 business days through the same payment method used for the purchase.
When you make an exchange or return, you must comply with these conditions:
• All items must be in perfect condition with the original labels and the purchase invoice;
• For hygienic reasons, swimwear must have the hygiene sticker. If you want to return this type of item, it is mandatory to have the label and the hygiene sticker;
• Exchanges and returns of reusable face masks are not accepted;
• If you choose a different courier from the authorized by Parfois, we reserve the right not to reimburse the shipping or return costs. Parfois will not accept consignments with charge to the recipient or cash on delivery;
• Exchanges or returns of personalized items (according to the consumer's specifications), will not be accepted.
• Perfume returns will only be accepted if the original sealed package is kept.
The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days, through the same payment method you used when placing your online order.
