The delivery time for personalized products might be extended up to business days extra and be sent in separated shipments. Shipping times may increase during peak season.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order on parfois.com for free. Returns, exchanges and/or cancellation of orders of personalized items according to the consumer's specification will not be accepted.
