Currency

All orders are placed in the official local currency of the country you are purchasing from. Please note that if your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be automatically determined by your bank/PayPal and not by Parfois.

How do I apply a discount code to my purchase?

If you have a discount code, you should apply it in the "Add Coupon Code" field in the shopping cart or at the checkout payment area. You can verify the success of the discount code submission in the order total or on the product.

My code isn't working. How can I resolve this?

For your code to be valid, please ensure that:

  • It is used within the indicated timeframe;
  • Uppercase, lowercase, and symbols are entered correctly;
  • Conditions are met:
    1. Check if there is a minimum purchase required for your code;
    2. It should only be used on the specified product categories;
    3. The code cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions;

I want to pay with a gift card or voucher. How can I use it?

If your gift card or voucher was issued in one of our PARFOIS physical stores, you should use it directly in a store. It is not possible to make a payment with a gift card/voucher on Pafois.com.

I was charged twice for the purchase. What can I do?

In some cases, a pre-authorization is made to ensure that the amount is available for payment, followed by a real charge of the same amount. This amount will be automatically released. If this does not happen, we recommend that you contact your bank.
