Returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Return period: 30 days for new items and 7 days for discounted items;
• No returns are accepted for accessories, jewellery, or swimwear;
• Reusable masks cannot be returned or exchanged;
• Perfume returns will only be accepted if the original sealed packaging is intact;
• Items sold as part of a pack cannot be returned separately.

Please note that we do not issue credit notes or gift receipts.

If you choose to return your order by any other means not previously mentioned, we reserve the right not to reimburse the shipping or return costs. We also do not accept postage due deliveries.
