  • Returns accepted within 30 days for full-priced items
  • 7-day return window for discounted items
  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Returns only accepted in the same market of purchase (UAE)
  • Online purchases can be returned to Parfois stores in the UAE

Return at a Parfois Store

You can return your items free of charge at any of our stores.
To return items in-store, please present them in the required condition along with the purchase receipt.
