What happens if I’m not home at the time of delivery?

If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the courier may place your package at a pickup point.

  • You’ll receive an SMS or email notification with details.
  • If the package is not collected within the time frame specified by the carrier, it will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be issued.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
    If there's no update on the carrier's website, please contact us and we’ll assist you.

Can I change the shipping method?

No, the shipping method cannot be changed after placing the order.
However, if your order status is still “Order Confirmed” or “Processing,” you may update the delivery address by submitting the new address using the form available here.

Will I have to pay any additional fees for shipping?

  • No additional fees apply if your order total is AED 200 or more
  • For orders below AED 200, a shipping fee of AED 18 will apply
  • All prices include VAT, and no extra taxes or duties will be charged upon delivery

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
You can also track your order using your order number and email address, even if you’re not a registered user.

My order shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

  • Please check with others at your location (e.g. security, reception, or neighbors)
  • If the package is still missing, contact our Customer Support via live chat or email us at support@parfois.ae so we can follow up with the courier

Item Received in Damaged Condition – What Should I Do?

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.
    You can reach us via live chat on our website or email us at support@parfois.ae. We will investigate the issue and coordinate with the courier to resolve it promptly.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

  • This service is not available at the moment, but we’ll notify customers once it is launched.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are only delivered within the UAE.
