The delivery time for personalized items may be extended by up to 5 additional business days and may be shipped separately. During discount seasons, promotions, and special campaigns, shipments may experience occasional delays.

When processing your purchase, we will inform you of the available shipping methods, cost, and estimated delivery date for your order.

Exchanges and returns

You have 30 days from the purchase date to return your order from parfois.com free of charge. Exchanges, returns, or cancellations for personalized items made to customer specifications are not accepted.
