All orders are placed in the official local currency of the country you are purchasing from. Please note that if your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be automatically determined by your bank/PayPal and not by Parfois.
Due to different customs policies and import duties, it is not possible for Parfois to anticipate the exact amount of these fees or extra costs that may be applied upon the arrival of an order to the country of destination. You can always track your order through “My account” in the Orders section. If you are not registered, you can track the order through the link indicated in the email sent to you when the order is shipped.
The delivery country must always match the country of purchase. Parfois reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this policy.

During the peak season delivery times may be higher than expected.
If you choose store delivery, you have 30 days to collect your order at the store. Otherwise, your package will be automatically returned.
All our products have a detailed description including composition and material details, available colours, sizing information and measurements.
Our product replenishment is performed daily to guarantee continuous availability of our articles. If an article is no longer available, the most likely scenario is that it is permanently sold out. In these cases, the sold-out items will be removed from the website.

The delivery time for personalized items according to the consumer's specifications is 7 working days. Shipping times may increase during peak season. Exchanges, returns or cancellation of orders for customizable items will not be accepted.
