These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Parfois website and mobile application (together, the “Platform”) and the purchase of products through them.

By using the Platform or placing an order, you declare that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them, as being integral part of the executed electronic sale contract/agreement.
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms will be those in force at the time of order placement.
To place an order, you declare that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts.
The information set out in the Terms and the information found on this Platform does not constitute an offer but an invitation to make an offer. No contract for the sale of any product exists between us and you until we expressly accept your order (regardless of whether funds have been withdrawn from your account). If we do not accept your offer, and the funds have already been withdrawn, the funds will be fully refunded.
To order products, you must follow the purchase procedure available on the Platform, which includes:
Before confirming payment, you may review and correct any information entered.
After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. The Order Confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer but only confirms that your order has been placed for processing purposes.
We will process all placed orders. However, we are not obliged to accept your offer. We will notify you by email if the order has been accepted and shipped (Shipping Confirmation email). The contract for the purchase of products will only be concluded when we send you the Shipping Confirmation email accepting your offer.
The product purchase agreement, in addition to your order and the Shipping Confirmation, also includes these Terms.
The contract applies exclusively to products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Shipping Confirmation. We are not obliged to deliver any other product that may have been part of your order until we have confirmed the shipping of such product in a separate Shipping Confirmation.
Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation are sent to your email address. These Terms are available on the Platform. The document is saved and can be accessed by you.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or breach of these Terms.
Parfois reserves the right to suspend or block customer accounts and to refuse or cancel orders where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abusive or excessive use of the return policy, or misuse of the Platform, in accordance with applicable law.
2.1. Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they enter the processing or dispatch preparation stage. Once an order has reached this stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the customer must follow the return procedure described in Clause 9.
All product orders are subject to availability.
If difficulties arise regarding the supply of products, or if products are out of stock, we reserve the right to provide information about substitute products of equal or higher quality and value.
If you do not wish to order such substitute products, or if no substitute is available, we will reimburse any amount paid without undue delay.
We also reserve the right to cancel an order partially in the event that only part of the products ordered are unavailable. In such cases, reimbursement for the unavailable items will be initiated without undue delay and will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
3.1 Product images and characteristics
We make every reasonable effort to display the characteristics of our products as accurately as possible, including colors, dimensions and materials.
However, the appearance of products may vary depending on the device, screen settings and lighting conditions. For this reason, colors, textures and proportions displayed on the Platform may differ slightly from the actual product.
Certain products may also present natural variations resulting from the materials used in their manufacture. Such variations are not considered defects or lack of conformity.
Product descriptions, images and measurements are provided for information purposes only and may be subject to minor variations that do not affect the essential characteristics of the product.
All prices displayed on the Platform are shown in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include applicable taxes.
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be indicated during the checkout process before confirming the order.
Prices and shipping costs may change at any time; however, such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
4.1 Promotional Codes
Promotional codes may be used in accordance with their specific conditions and validity periods and may be limited to specific products, territories or timeframes.
Promotional codes cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
4.2. Technical errors and pricing mistakes
While we make every effort to ensure that all information on the Platform is accurate, errors may occasionally occur, including errors in prices, product descriptions, availability or promotional conditions.
If we discover an error affecting an order you have placed, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming the order under the correct conditions or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be cancelled and any payment made will be fully refunded.
We are not obliged to supply products at an incorrect price where the error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognized as such.

Invoices will be issued electronically and sent to the email address provided during the purchase.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary, particularly during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Delays in delivery shall not, in themselves, constitute grounds for compensation, except where required by applicable law.
Parfois undertakes to dispatch orders within a reasonable period and, in any event, within the maximum period required by applicable law unless otherwise agreed.
Parfois handles export and import formalities. Customers are not required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided is accurate and complete.
Upon delivery, customers are advised to inspect the condition of the package before accepting the order.
If the packaging is visibly damaged, customers are encouraged, where possible, to refuse delivery. If delivery is accepted, the customer should immediately document the condition of the package and the products by taking photographs and notify customer support as soon as possible, providing the relevant evidence.
Prompt notification allows Parfois to investigate the incident with the carrier and process any claim more efficiently. Failure to report visible damage within a reasonable time after delivery may make it more difficult to assess transport-related damage.
This provision does not affect the customer’s statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming products.
Delivery is considered complete when the products are delivered to the address provided or collected from the designated pick-up point.
The risk in the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the address indicated or upon collection at the designated pick-up point.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, absence of the recipient, or other circumstances beyond our control, the carrier may attempt redelivery or make the order available at a pick-up point.
If the order is returned to us after unsuccessful delivery attempts, we may cancel the contract and refund the amount paid, excluding any delivery costs where applicable.
You have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date you or a third party designated by you acquires physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or proof of return.
In addition to the statutory withdrawal right, we offer a voluntary return period of 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returns may be made using a return label provided by us.
A fixed return cost of [INSERT RETURN FEE] may be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns must be requested through the return process available on the Platform here.
Once the return request has been submitted and approved, you will receive detailed instructions, including the return method and return address.
Returns sent without prior authorization or using methods not provided by Parfois may be refused and returned to the sender.
Refunds will be initiated once the returned items have been received at our returns center and inspected to verify that they comply with the return conditions.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider and is outside Parfois’ control.
Returns cannot be made in physical stores or return points located in other countries and cannot be sent to any address other than the return address provided by Parfois.
Parfois reserves the right to refuse returns that are sent to unauthorized locations or using methods not approved by Parfois.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Parfois reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of repeated or abusive returns where permitted by law.
9.1. Special return conditions
Due to the specific characteristics of some items, the following conditions must be met in order for them to be returned or exchanged:
If the return does not meet the conditions above, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to reduce the refund amount where permitted by law.
If you choose to return your order using a method other than those provided by Parfois, we reserve the right not to reimburse shipping or return costs. We do not accept postage-due deliveries.
Parfois is liable for any lack of conformity of the products in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to the legal remedies provided by law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, as applicable.
These legal rights apply independently of, and in addition to, the voluntary return policy described in Clause 9 and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Where applicable, products made with precious metals comply with relevant legal requirements and may bear appropriate markings.

All intellectual property rights related to the Platform and its content remain the property of Parfois or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute or use the Platform content without prior written consent, except as necessary to place orders.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform operates properly and that the information displayed is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free.
Access to the Platform may occasionally be suspended, restricted or interrupted for maintenance, technical reasons or updates.
Parfois reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions and to update information on the Platform at any time without prior notice.
For contractual purposes, you agree that communications may be made electronically.

These Terms and any document referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between ‘you’ and ‘us’ (‘’the Parties’’ or ‘’Party’’) as to the purpose thereof, superseding any prior agreement, contract or understanding between the two Parties, whether oral or written.
The Parties confirm that they have mutually concluded the Agreement independently of any statement or promise of the other Party or which could be derived from any statement or document in the negotiations of the two Parties prior to the said Agreement, except those expressly stated in these Provisions.
Neither Party shall bring any legal action related to a misrepresentation of the other Party, whether oral or written, prior to the date of the Agreement (unless said misrepresentation was made by reason of fraud). The only legal action that the other Party may initiate is for breach of contract in accordance with the provisions of these Terms.
The Terms and Platform are available on both Serbian and English language.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland.
If you are a consumer residing in Serbia, mandatory provisions of Serbian legislation shall remain applicable.
All disputes that arise as a result of or are related to the use of the Platform or the aforementioned contracts are under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of [•].
