If your purchase did not meet your expectations, we offer the option for a return. We explain in detail the conditions for you to return your items. If you choose a different return method from the authorized by Parfois, we reserve the right not to reimburse the shipping or return costs. Parfois will not accept consignments with charge to the recipient or cash on delivery.

Return conditions

Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase: Items must be in their original condition and have all tags attached. Returns are only accepted within the same country where the purchase was made.

Returns via Pickup points

Free Returns at OMNIVA Drop-Points:

1. Prepare your package and take off all labels.
Pack the items securely in the original packaging (if possible) and insert the invoice inside the box.

2. Go to the website https://atgriesana.omniva.lv/en-lv/Shops

a. Select PARFOIS on the drop-down menu and click on the store.
b. Fill out the return form.
c. Afterwards, an address card and return number will be sent to your email address. You can then print it out and put it on the parcel.

3. Go to your preferred parcel machine (https://www.omniva.lv/private/map).

4. Select "Send a parcel" and then "I registered the parcel in the e-service" on the parcel machine screen.

5. Enter the return number received via text message or email.

6. Put the address card on the shipment and place the shipment in the locker that opened.

Please note that all returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Can I return items from different orders in a single shipment?

Yes. You can return items from different orders in a single shipment. To do so, we only ask that you identify the order numbers (by placing copies of the invoices inside the return package).

When you make an exchange or return, you must comply with the following conditions:

  • All items must be in perfect conditions with the original labels.
  • The invoice must be enclosed in the package.
  • For hygienic reasons, swimwear must have the hygiene sticker as well as the original labels.
  • If you choose a different return method from the authorized by Parfois, we reserve the right not to reimburse the shipping or return costs. Parfois will not accept consignments with charge to the recipient or cash on delivery.
  • Perfume returns will only be accepted if the original sealed package is kept.

If you decide to return your order to our warehouse, the period to receive the refund is 3 to 14 business days after the date of receipt of your order. We remind you that the refund will be made through the same payment method you used when placing your online order.
