All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

1. Prepare your package.

Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible.
Stick the return label provided in your order on your parcel. That will allow you to return it anywhere in any PPL Pickup point in Czech Republic.

2. Return your parcel.

Take your parcel to the Pickup point of your choice.

3. The refund will be made after the reception of your return at our warehouse.

After confirming that all returned items are in good conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

When you make an exchange or return, you must comply with the following conditions:

  • All items must be in perfect conditions with the original labels;
  • The invoice must be enclosed in the package;
  • For hygienic reasons, swimwear must have the hygiene sticker as well as the original labels;
  • Exchanges and returns of reusable face masks are not accepted
  • Perfume returns will only be accepted if the original sealed package is kept.

Returns using our Pickup PPL (Professional Parcel Logistics) network in Czech Republic will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days after receiving your parcel in our warehouse, through the same payment method used when placing the order. As of 17th July 2023, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
