RETURNS - ONLINE
All returns must be made within 30 days from the purchase date.
1. Prepare the items that you want to return with your purchase invoice.
Pack the items you want to return safely if possible in the same box in which you received your online order and include the purchase invoice inside the box. If you do not have the invoice of your online order, you can request a copy by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Ship the items to:

Before shipping your order to our warehouse, you must notify us in advance by sending an email to email@example.com. Please note that for this method of return, Parfois will not accept consignments with charge to the recipient or cash on delivery. The shipping charges will be at the customer’s expense.
3. Refund will be made after the return is received and examined in our warehouse.
You will receive the refund of the item(s) returned within approximately 3–14 days through the same payment method used for the purchase. We kindly remind you that the shipping charges of this return method will be at the customer’s expense.
When you make a return, you must comply with these conditions:
• All items must be in perfect condition with the original labels and the purchase invoice. • For hygienic reasons, swimwear must have the hygiene sticker. If you want to return this type of item, it is mandatory to have the label and the hygiene sticker. • Parfois will not accept consignments with charge to the recipient or cash on delivery
If you decide to return your order to our warehouse, the period to receive the refund is 3 to 14 business days after the date of receipt of your order. We remind you that the refund will be made through the same payment method you used when placing your online order.
