Free returns at a DHL Pickup Point

1. Prepare your package.

Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible, and enclose the invoice.

Stick the return label provided in your order on your parcel. That will allow you to return it anywhere in any VENIPAK Pickup point in Estonia.

2. Return your parcel:

3. The refund will be made after the reception of your return at our warehouse

After confirming that all returned items are in good conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return conditions


When you make an exchange or return, you must comply with the following conditions:

• All items must be in perfect conditions with the original labels.
• The invoice must be enclosed in the package.
• For hygienic reasons, swimwear must have the hygiene sticker as well as the original labels.
• Parfois will not be responsible for any returns made with a different method to those offered by Parfois. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs, as well as safe arrival of the parcel.



If you decide to return your order to our warehouse, the period to receive the refund is 7 to 14 business days after the date of receipt of your order. We remind you that the refund will be made through the same payment method you used when placing your online order.
