RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - ONLINE

Exchanges & returns for orders placed after 23.11.2020 has been extended to 05/05/2021. This measure is valid for both store purchases and Online orders.

Free returns in Parfois store

 

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

1. Go to a Parfois authorized store in Portugal.

Choose one of our authorized stores that accepts returns and exchanges. Please check the eligible stores with the following information:

All returns should be made in the same country of purchase.

2. Bring the items you want to return or exchange.

In order to change or return an article, you must present the invoice of your purchase. If you do not have the invoice of your online order, you can request a copy by sending an email to contact@parfois.com

3. The refund will be processed using the same payment method:

After the return registration, the refund request will be inserted, using the same payment method used in the order registration. If your payment has been made by Multibanco or MBWay, on the following 48h you will receive a contact from our services asking you the IBAN, for reimbursement by bank transfer.

 

Free returns via DPD PickUp Points or collection at home (Continental Portugal only)

All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

1. Prepare your package with the order invoice.

Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible, and enclose the invoice.
If you don’t have the order invoice, you can request a copy of it through the following email: contact@parfois.com

2. Return your parcel

a) Via DPD PickUp Points

If the delivery has been made by DPD carrier, along with the order you will find a label, which will allow you to return it at any Pickup DPD network, which you must stick on your parcel.

Go to a Pickup DPD network point and deliver your order.

b) Free collection at home

If the delivery of your order was assured by the carrier MRW, you can request free collection of your order. To request a home return, you must notify the following details to the email contact@parfois.com:

Full name

Order Number

Reference of the items you want to return

Complete Address

Telephone contact

Upon receiving this information, we will confirm your return request and send you an MRW courier to pick up your order.

3. The refund will be made after the reception of your return at our warehouse.

It will be processed using the same payment method of the purchase and within 3 to 14 working days, after we have received your return and analyzed the items in our warehouse.

 

Return conditions

 

When you make a change or return, you must comply with these conditions:

• All items must be in perfect condition with the original labels and the purchase invoice;
• For hygienic reasons, swimwear must have the hygiene sticker. If you want to return this type of item, it is mandatory to have the label and the hygiene sticker;
• Exchanges and returns of reusable face masks are not accepted;
• If you choose a different courier from the authorized by Parfois, we reserve the right not to reimburse the shipping or return costs. Parfois will not accept consignments with charge to the recipient or cash on delivery;
• Exchanges or returns of personalized items (according to the consumer's specifications), will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

 

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days, through the same payment method you used when placing your online order.
If the payment has been made by Multibanco or MBWay our customer service team will contact you to register your IBAN for refund by bank transfer.
