RETURNS & EXCHANGES – ONLINE
All purchases made between 13/11/2023 and 04/12/2023 may be exchanged or returned until 04/01/2024
All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
1. Generate the return label:
1.1 If your order was delivered by Spring:
You must access the Spring platform to generate your return label - https://parfois.returningtechnology.com/main/step1?lang=en. Step 1: Fill in the requested data: Order number “CXEXP…” or the tracking number (visible on the original shipping label) and your zip code; Step 2: Select the items you will return; Step 3: Fill in your personal details; Step 4: Generate the label and print.
1.2 If your order was delivered by Mondial Relay:
If your order was delivered by Mondial relay, you must access Monidal Relay platform to generate your return label - https://retours.mondialrelay.com/d/E1PARFOI/?Country=BE&Language=FR&SiteId=Parfois. Step 1: Fill in the fields below: Email / Email confirmation First name and Last name Customer's address Country / Postal Code / Town Weight (customer can find this information on the shipping label) Here you can find the nearest pickup point - https://www.mondialrelay.fr/trouver-le-point-relais-le-plus-proche-de-chez-moi/. Step 2: Click on "Get Mon Etiquete"
2. Prepare your package
Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible and include the invoice inside. Stick the label on your parcel.
3. Return your parcel via PostNL / Mondial Relay PickUp Points
Go to a Pickup Post NL / Mondial Relay network point and deliver your order. The refund will be made through the same payment method you used when placing your online order.
When you make an exchange or return, you must comply with the following conditions:
• All items must be in perfect conditions with the original labels.
• The invoice must be enclosed in the package.
• For hygienic reasons, swimwear must have the hygiene sticker as well as the original labels.
• Exchanges and returns of reusable face masks are not accepted.
• Parfois will not be responsible for any returns made with a different method to those offered by Parfois. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs, as well as safe arrival of the parcel. • Exchanges or returns of personalized items (according to the consumer's specifications), will not be accepted. • Perfume returns will only be accepted if the original sealed package is kept.
If you decide to return your order at a pickup point, the period to receive the refund is 3 to 14 business days after the date of receipt of your order. We remind you that the refund will be made through the same payment method you used when placing your online order.
