Due to different customs policies and import duties, it is not possible for Parfois to anticipate the exact amount of these fees or extra costs that may be applied upon the arrival of an order to the country of destination. If in doubt, you should contact your local customs office before placing your order, to obtain accurate information about the duties and taxes that may apply.

You may proceed to cancel your order if the status is “Order Confirmed” or “Processing Order”. Otherwise it will have to be treated as a return. Our product replenishment is performed daily to guarantee continuous availability of our articles. If an article is no longer available, the most likely scenario is that it is permanently sold out. In these cases, the sold-out items will be removed from the website.

Parfois.com only sells items in perfect condition. Under exceptional circumstances of receiving a faulty item, please contact our customer service.

The delivery time for personalized items according to the consumer's specifications is 14 working days. Shipping times may increase during peak season. Exchanges, returns or cancellation of orders for customizable items will not be accepted.
Perfumes are shipped in a sealed package, wrapped in protective paper. In case of exchanges or returns, the package must not be opened.
