  • How do I exchange an item I bought in the online store?

    You have 30 days after your purchase to exchange an item in one of the authorized stores available in Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Poland* and Ireland*. If you want to exchange an item purchased online at one of our authorized stores, you just have to go to the selected store with the corresponding invoice and make the exchange for another item you want.


    Items must be in perfect condition with the original tags and delivered with the original purchase receipt.

    * In Poland are only allowed exchanges in store for a product exactly the same as received (in case of non-compliance or defect).

  • * In the United States of America, exchanges and returns are not allowed.

The refund shall be made in cash at the precise time of return. Free Returns through MRW.  If you choose a different courier or other postage method, the shipping charges will be at the customer's expense.

    You can also request a home collection (free service only available in Portugal and Spain) or send the item by Normal Post (applicable to all other countries).To make a request to return an order online by this means, you must:

    • Log into your account;
    • Go to the section  "Orders Placed";
    • Click on "Products - Order detail"
    • Click on "Return Items";
    • Select the return method "Home Collection" (free service available only in Portugal and Spain) / Return by Post;
    • Finally, select the products and click on "Return".

    After this procedure you should print the respective proof of return and ship the items by Carrier / Post. Items must be in perfect condition with the original tags and delivered with the original purchase receipt.

  • When and how will I receive my refund?

    In case you decide to return the items at one of our authorized stores, the refund shall be made in cash at the precise time of return (except in Ireland, where the refund is always done through a voucher in the same amount of the item returned to use in future purchases in physical stores). If the return is made by Post, the refund will be processed after receiving the items returned and their evaluation by the Quality Department in the same payment method used when purchased.
